Mr. Renaud Hinse, President and C.E.O. of Abcourt Mines Inc. (TSX
VENTURE:ABI)(BERLIN:AML)(FRANKFURT:AML) (the "Company"), reports to the
Company's shareholders that Roche, Groupe-Conseil, has confirmed him that the
preliminary economic assessment report (P.E.A.) on the Elder mine project will
be delivered to the Company on the latest on November 1, 2012.

located properties in northwestern Quebec, Canada. The Elder Mine with 43-101
