Alphamin Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:AFM) (the "Company") wishes to announce
that its non-brokered private placement announced February 26, 2013 has been
increased from up to $5,000,000 to up to $5,430,000. The Company will now issue
up to 27,150,000 common shares ("Shares") at $0.20 per Share. Finder's fees will
be paid in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.  


The Company intends to use the proceeds from the private placement for the
exploration and development of its mineral properties in the Democratic Republic
of the Congo and for general working capital purposes.
