International Frontier Resources Corporation ("IFR or the Company") (TSX
VENTURE:IFR) reports that Hemisphere Energy Corporation, the company that
offered to buy IFR's Alderson oil property, as reported on March 8, 2011, has
provided notice to the Company that they did not receive Board of Directors
approval to proceed with the transaction. The Company does not plan to look for
another buyer for the Alderson property.
