formation of a Corporate Advisory Board to assist the Company in
the execution of its product development and marketing strategies.
The first appointee to the Advisory Board is Mr. Howard Louie who
has over ten years of experience leading team-driven technical
innovation in partnership with global food corporations.
Mr. Louie's primary focus in an advisory capacity will be to
assist management in identifying innovative products and
technologies, which align with the Company's philosophies and long
term goals. His strategic views will address the Company's core
product mix as well as specific market opportunities in the
specialized area of functional food products. The global market for
functional foods and beverages is on track to reach $176.7 billion
this year, this booming category now accounts for 5% of the overall
food market and is driving growth for the food industry as a whole,
