(Axiom) for OTCQB listing advisory services. Axiom will assist Naturally Splendid by providing overall consulting pertaining to all aspects of its proposed US OTCQB listing and market making requirements. Axiom will oversee the granting of DTC eligibility as well as coordination with Stand & Poors for Blue Sky Registration.

Listing the Company's shares on the OTCQB market will allow for access to US retail investors as well as US institutional funds and investment advisors who previously were not able to own Naturally Splendid securities. The increased liquidity and Blue Sky Status means US brokers can recommend Naturally Splendid to their clients in up to 38 states, resulting in greater retail investor access.
