Ryland Oil Corporation (TSX VENTURE:RYD) announces that it has granted incentive
stock options to acquire a total of 2,175,000 common shares of the Company at a
price of CDN$0.30 per share, exercisable for a period of 5 years.


These incentive stock options are being granted in accordance with the Company's
Stock Option Plan.
