TEG.H Troy Energy Corp

Troy Energy Corp. (NEX:TEG.H) (the "Corporation" or "Troy") announces the grant
to consultants of the Corporation of an aggregate of 300,000 options to acquire
common shares in the capital of Troy at a price of $0.15 for a period of five
years from the date of grant. The foregoing option grant is subject to final
regulatory approval.
