TUY). The Company reports that its board of directors has
accepted the resignation of Mr. David
Henstridge as President and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Henstridge will remain a director of the Company.
Mr. Scott
Emerson, a director of the Company, has been appointed as
the new President and CEO. Mr. Emerson brings to the Company
extensive knowledge with over 26 years in the junior resource
capital markets and has been a director and officer of a number of
companies listed on Canadian stock exchanges.
The Company wishes to thank Mr. Henstridge for
13 years of leadership and dedication and look forward to a
continued business relationship in his capacity as director of the
Company.
