DSEEY Daiwa Securities Group Inc Japan (PK)

Asian development Bank plans a dollar-denominated, seven-year benchmark bond, said one of the banks leading the sale Thursday.

Initial price guidance is set in the area of two basis points over midswaps.

Daiwa Securities Group, Deutsche Bank AG, JPMorgan Chase & Co. and UBS AG are lead managers on the deal.

ADB is triple-A rated by all three major rating companies.
