Exobox Technologies Corp. (OTCBB: EXBX) announced today Mark Kerzner is rejoining the Exobox team as its new Chief Technology Officer, effective July 1st, 2010. Mark has over 20 years of software developer experience. Mark previously worked for Exobox for almost a year as a Senior Software Developer, and later as a consultant to Exobox. Mark's education includes an MS in Math from St. Petersburg University, another MS in Computer Science from St. Petersburg Electrical Engineering Institute, and a recent JD from Novus University. Mark's goal in getting a law degree was to acquire practical knowledge of law and specifically, eDiscovery. This will enable him to lead software development projects in security, eDiscovery, and forensics. Mark is a Mensa member, and speaks seven languages.

His previous employment was with such Fortune 500 companies as Merrill Lynch, Shell, Halliburton, and Dresser Industries. While at Dresser, Mark received the highest award given to research scientists, the Dresser Golden Creativity Award. Mark developed software for well log analysis, called Ezdip. It was used by clients the world over, and was subsequently acquired by Paradigm Geophysical.

In addition to his valuable experience, Mark has authored multiple papers and two software patents; one while at Dresser and another while at Halliburton. Mark has authored a book, "Image Processing in Well Log Analysis," co-authored "Professional Java E-Commerce" and is currently working on "Hadoop in Practice" for Manning Publications. "Hadoop in Practice" will teach the programmers the scalable cloud technologies that are currently used by Google, Yahoo, and Facebook.

Mark expressed his view on returning to Exobox with the following: "I am very excited about bringing the enhanced versions of our products to the market.
