Irish food group Greencore Group PLC (GCG.DB) said Wednesday Imelda Hurley, Managing Director of Finance, has been named Chief Financial Officer effective from Dec. 31.

MAIN FACTS:

-Hurley will replace Geoff Doherty who is leaving the company to become Chief Financial Officer of Kingspan Group PLC (KSP.LN).

-Greencore in London shares at 0834 GMT 17.49 cents, or 20%, at 106.85 cents valuing the company at EUR259.46 million.
