Oil and Gas Operations

The Company has staked the locations for the Manuel Seep test well and alternate in Apache County, Arizona. The initial well is scheduled to be drilled during the first quarter 2011 and will test the oil, natural gas and helium potential of the Permian and Devonian formations.

The Company website is undergoing a major facelift and will up and running by the end of December. It is the goal of the Board of Directors to provide our shareholders with a real-time look at company operations.
