Occasionally I am accused of posting under other nicknames,
of being in collusion with other posters, or even of being
in the pay of someone. None of these is true. I use only one
nickname on the ADVFN forums.

Recently (near end of 2020) I have acquired a stalker who
posts in forums I frequent under imitations of my username,
such as rose_by_another name, rose by another name,
rose_by_another_nam, and so on. Don't be taken in.


Some people assume that the "Rose" in my nickname implies
feminine gender. The nickname is taken from a quotation,
which in fact refers in the original to a male character.
There is no gender significance either way.
