American Medical Technologies Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit

On September 14, 2005, American Medical Technologies, Inc. ("AMT")
(OTCBB:ADLI) filed a lawsuit against Velopex International, Inc. of
St. Cloud, Florida for allegedly infringing an AMT patent. This
patent, US Patent No. 5,275,561, is owned by AMT and protects a
variety of dental air abrasion methods. The lawsuit was filed in
the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas and
seeks both monetary damages and injunctive relief against further
alleged infringement by Velopex and those acting in concert with
Velopex. Roger W. Dartt, President and Chief Executive Officer of
AMT states, "We are committed to protecting our intellectual
property against infringement by competitors and intend to
vigorously pursue this litigation." AMT develops, manufactures and
markets high-technology products designed primarily for general
dentistry that are a dramatic alternative to the shot and drill.
AMT has patented the method whereby dentists can remove tooth decay
by means of air, water and micro particles combined to form an
effective slurry that safely removes dental tooth structure and
tooth decay utilizing minimally invasive dentistry. The KCP(TM)
product line and recently introduced Hydrobrasion(TM) technology
lessens patient sensitivity and may be used to treat a patient
without anesthesia. AMT, headquartered in Corpus Christi, Texas,
develops and manufactures advanced technologies in the field of
dentistry and industry and markets them worldwide. The company's
