David A. Price Promoted to Senior Vice President at Hill International

Hill International (Nasdaq:HINT), the global leader in managing
construction risk, announced today that David A. Price has been
promoted to Senior Vice President in charge of business development
throughout the Europe, Middle East and Africa region for the
company�s Construction Claims Group. Prior to the promotion, Price
was Vice President and Managing Director. Price has more than 20
years of experience in the strategic management and planning of
resources necessary for the execution of major construction claims
and arbitrations. Price is an expert and experienced speaker on
construction contracts, and has presented public and in-house
training courses to companies in the UK, Ireland, Belgium, France,
Germany, Denmark, Greece, Spain, Holland, Italy, Malta, Norway,
Sweden, Portugal, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Turkey,
Korea, Singapore and Japan. Price joined Hill through J.R. Knowles,
which Hill acquired in September 2006. Prior to joining Knowles in
1986, Price worked at G.D Walford & Partners as a quantity
surveyor. Price earned his B.Sc. (Hons.) in quantity surveying and
his LL.B. in English law from Liverpool Polytechnic, and his
Diploma in Arbitration from College of Estate Management. He is a
Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of
the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Member of Lincoln�s
Inn. �David has an extensive background on the avoidance,
management and resolution of disputes on major international
construction projects,� said Renny Borhan, Senior Vice President
