KUKA AG said Wednesday that it has received an order from Volkswagen AG's standalone brand Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles for the automated body shop system for the underbody of the I.D. BUZZ van.

The German robotics company didn't disclose the value of the order, but said it is responsible for the planning, delivery, assembly and commissioning of the body shop system for the all-electric I.D. BUZZ.
