S4 Capital PLC said Wednesday that U.S. Salesforce specialist Maverick Digital is merging with the company's Media.Monks subsidiary.

The London-listed digital advertising and marketing-services group didn't disclose the value of the deal. The company said the deal will augment its global Salesforce capabilities.

Maverick Digital was founded in 2018 as a focused Salesforce implementation partner across all its clouds and products.
