Lloyds to Buy Cavendish Online for GBP12 Million

Lloyds Banking Group PLC said Wednesday that it aims to buy
Cavendish Online Ltd. for 12 million pounds ($14.4 million).
The FTSE 100 listed lender said that the acquisition of
Cavendish Online--a U.K. protection business--is due to be
completed in the last quarter of 2022.
"The acquisition of Cavendish Online will enable Lloyds Banking
Group to better support existing Halifax, Lloyds Bank and Bank of
Scotland customers' protection needs by providing advice and
guidance at key moments," the bank said.
