11:22 ET -- Adobe Inc. is one of the most talked about companies
in the U.S. across all news items in the last 12 hours, according
to Factiva data. The software maker struck a deal to buy software
design platform Figma for about $20 billion in cash and stock in
its biggest-ever acquisition. Adobe also forecast quarterly revenue
that fell shy of Wall Street's expectations. Adobe shares are down
about 17%, to $307.63. Dow Jones & Co. owns Factiva.
