McKesson Corp. said Thursday it signed an agreement in principle to extend its partnership with CVS Health.

The deal will see the partnership to distribute pharmaceuticals to mail order and specialty pharmacies, retail pharmacies and distribution centers extended through June 2027, McKesson said. The company also said the partnership has lasted over 20 years.

Also on Thursday, McKesson said it will release second-quarter fiscal 2023 financial results after the market closes on Nov. 1. McKesson is scheduled to host a live webcast of its earnings conference call at 4:30 p.m. EDT, it said.
