JD Sports Fashion PLC said Friday that it has partnered with Nike Inc. to offer customer rewards.

The fashion retailer said the partnership, an integrated loyalty program, will offer JD customers access to Nike member-only footwear and apparel when they link JD and Nike membership accounts, with more rewards and bonuses planned for the future.

The offer will first be opened to U.K. customers.

"This partnership--the first to launch in Europe--amplifies the combined strength of the Nike and JD brands with our shared consumers, by leaning into their behavior and journeys and creating new, richer and more engaging experiences," Chief Executive Regis Schultz said.
