On November 10, 2008, J. David LaPrade resigned as president and a director of our company and Kamonchai Kesonpat resigned as a chief operating officer of our company.

On November 10, 2008, John Ogden was appointed president and also remains as chairman.

Our board of directors now consists solely of John Ogden
