GreenChek
Technology Inc. (the "Company") could not complete the filing of its Quarterly
Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended November 30, 2009 due to a delay in
obtaining the review by the Company’s independent public
accountants. In accordance with Rule 12b-25 of the Securities
Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the Company will file its Form 10-Q no later
than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due
date.
