Explanation of Responses:
( 1)  In conjunction with a gift of 2,292 shares of common stock made by Mr. Rooker on 2/11/2014, Mr. Rooker transferred 2,292 shares of common stock to the gift recipient, The Corporation of The President of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
( 2)  Of the amount of shares beneficially owned, 3,140 shares represent unvested awards of restrict stock, of which, 1,057 shares vest on 12/10/2014, 1,250 shares vest in two equal annual installments beginning on 12/11/2014, and 833 shares vest on 12/13/2014.
( 3)  The option is fully exercisable, and vested in two equal annual installments beginning on 11/22/2008.
( 4)  The option is fully exercisable, and vested in three equal annual installments beginning on 11/3/2009.
( 5)  The option is fully exercisable, and vested in three equal annual installments beginning on 11/10/2010.
