On February 14, 2019, Eclipse Resources Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing among other things, an update for the fourth quarter 2018 and full year 2018 production results and its year-end 2018 proved reserves.
