Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 29, 2020, Cardiff Oncology, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing additional positive efficacy and favorable safety data from its ongoing Phase 1b/2 clinical trial of onvansertib in combination with FOLFIRI and Avastin® (bevacizumab) for second-line treatment of patients with KRAS-mutated metastatic colorectal cancer were featured in a virtual oral poster presentation at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) conference. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
