State below in reasonable detail why the Form 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-SAR, N-CSR or the transition report portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.

 

Aura Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) will be unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the three months ended May 31, 2020 (the “May 31, 2020 Form 10-Q”) by the prescribed due date because the Company will not be able to timely complete its financial statements without unreasonable effort or expense. This delay principally relates to the Company continuing to experience disruption of business operations due to the unprecedented conditions surrounding the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, which have caused delays in the Company’s business and administrative operations. The Company currently expects to file the May 31, 2020 Form 10-Q within the five-day extension period provided under Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
