On February 17, 2022, the Company emailed a letter to shareholders announcing that the Board of Directors has declared a dividend payment of 44 cents per share to shareholders of record as of February 22, 2022. A copy of the letter is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
