(1)  Represents restricted stock units acquired on June 2, 2022 pursuant to a dividend feature under the registrant's equity incentive plans.
(2)  On May 17, 2022, the reporting person transferred 1,617 directly held shares of BG common stock to the J. Erik Fyrwald Irrevocable Trust for the benefit of his spouse and descendants u/a/d 12/21/2012, for which his spouse is the trustee. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares held by this irrevocable trust, and this report should not be deemed an admission that the reporting person is the beneficial owner of the shares held by the trust for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
