By virtue of the stipulations in Article 9 and subparagraph 2 of Article 10 of Law 18,045, and the provisions in General Rule No. 30, Section II of the Comisión para el Mercado Financiero, and being duly empowered to this effect, I hereby report the following regarding Embotelladora Andina S.A. (the "Company"), its business, its securities or tender offer, as a material event:

 

INTERIM DIVIDEND

 

As authorized by the Regular Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 13, 2022, the Board of Directors during session held on December 27, 2022, agreed to distribute the following amounts as interim dividend:

 

a)

Ch$29.0 (twenty-nine Chilean pesos) per each Series A Shares; and

 

b)

Ch$31.9 (thirty-one point nine Chilean pesos) per each Series B Shares.

 

This dividend will be paid on account of income from the 2022 fiscal year and will be available to shareholders beginning January 27, 2023. The Shareholders’ Registry will close on the fifth business day prior to the payment date.
