On May 15, 2023, Brainstorm
Cell Therapeutics Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial and operating results for the quarter
ended March 31, 2023. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K.
The Company will host
a live conference call and webcast at 8:00 am ET on May 15, 2023 to discuss its first quarter 2023 financial results and business progress.
