On May 30, 2023, Gladstone Land Corporation (the “Company”) announced that it has applied to list its 6.00% Series C Preferred Stock (“Series C Preferred Stock”) on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker “LANDP. The Company expects that the Series C Preferred Stock will begin trading on or about June 8, 2023.
