Whitworth, CEO of Anheuser-Busch, provided the following update to the wholesaler support actions previously announced in June.
The
updated actions will include:

Financial Support: Anheuser-Busch will continue to provide sales incentive payments to wholesalers for
beer sold through the first quarter of 2024, subject to legal and regulatory requirements. |
|
|
|
Freight/Fuel Surcharge Reimbursement: Anheuser-Busch will continue to reimburse wholesalers for the
freight/fuel surcharge through the first quarter of 2024. |
|
|
|
Extended Credit: Anheuser-Busch will continue to provide additional credit to wholesalers through the
second quarter of 2024, subject to legal and regulatory requirements. |
|
|
|
Market Share Recovery Incentive: Anheuser-Busch will establish a market share recovery incentive
beginning in the second quarter of 2024 through the end of the year. |
