ALERUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION DECLARES
CASH DIVIDEND ON COMMON SHARES
MINNEAPOLIS (May 23, 2024) – Alerus Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: ALRS) announced that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per common share on May 21, 2024, a 5.26% increase over the dividend paid a year ago. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2024, to stockholders of record as of close of business on June 14, 2024.
