Banco Bradesco S.A. (Company) informs its shareholders and the overall market that the Board of Directors, in a meeting held today, approved proposal of the Company´s Board of Executive Officers, for payment of supplementary interest on shareholders´ equity, in the total amount of R$2,975,700,000.00, of which R$0.267250553 per common share and R$0.293975608 per preferred share.

 

The shareholders who are registered in the Company’s records on December 30, 2024 (base date by right) will benefit, and the shares will be traded "ex-supplementary interest on shareholders´ equity" as of January 2, 2025.

 

The payment will be made until 7.31.2025 by the net amount of R$0.227162970 per common share and R$0.249879267 per preferred share, considering the withholding income tax deduction of fifteen percent (15%), except for the legal entity shareholders who are exempt from such taxation, who will receive by the declared amount, and will be done as follows:

to the shareholders whose shares are deposited at the Company and who keep their register and banking data updated, by means of credit in the current accounts in a Financial Institution appointed by them; and

to the shareholders whose shares are deposited at B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão, by means of Institutions and/or Brokerage Houses which keep their shareholding position in custody.

 

The shareholders who do not have their data updated must go to a Bradesco Branch of their preference, with their Individual Taxpayer’s ID, Identification Document and proof of residence to update their information and receive the respective amounts to which they are entitled.

 

The interest on shareholders´ equity related to shares held in custody at B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão will be distributed to their holders by the respective custody agents.

The Company may, based on the result to be calculated at the end of the fiscal year of 2024, distribute new interest on shareholders’ equity and/or dividends to the shareholders.

 

The supplementary interest on shareholders’ equity hereby approved represents, approximately, 15.5 times the monthly interest on shareholders’ equity paid, net of withholding income tax, and will be included in the calculation of the mandatory dividends for the fiscal year provided for in the bylaws.
