(b)    On January 29, 2025, the Company notified Salvatore D. Orsini, the Company’s Chief Procurement Officer, that his position was being eliminated resulting in the termination of his employment with the Company,
effective February 28, 2025.

On January 29, 2025, the Company notified Archie Nimmer III, the Company’s Vice President of Operations, that his position was being eliminated resulting in the termination of his employment with the Company, effective February 28, 2025.
