GT Legend Automotive Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GTLA) released a statement today providing more information on Eugene Espinosa, President of Compassionate Therapeutic Solutions, LLC. GT Legend is currently in negotiations with CTS, and expects to finalize the documentation within the next several weeks. 

Compassionate Therapeutic Solutions, LLC is a multidisciplinary behavioral health care practice that offers mental health and substance abuse care along with chiropractics, acupuncture, nutrition counseling, rehabilitation and primary caregiver services to the communities of Colorado. The company's focus is to provide cost-effective quality treatment and to create, promote and maintain a positive relationship with clients, associates and the community.

Eugene Espinosa, President of CTS, has completed the course work and clinical supervision requirements for a Ph.D. from the University of Northern Colorado. His B.A. is from the University of Northern Colorado and his M.A. was re-earned from the University of Northern Colorado. Mr. Espinosa has over thirty years experience working in government agencies. He served as Clinic Director for three Community Mental Health Centers in Nevada and as Clinical Director for the Cheyenne Mountain Re-Entry Center in Colorado. He has also been employed as a Psychologist II for the Nevada Department of Corrections. In 2004, he retired from the State of Colorado as a primary Therapist responsible for the Reintegration Opportunity Unit for the Colorado Department of Corrections. He also worked for Colorado State Hospital and Colorado State University. From 2006 to present, he has provided therapy and consulted for CTS, LLC.

In addition to his vast array of academic and professional credentials, Espinosa is spearheading research efforts for the advancement of therapeutic cannabis. Studies have shown that medical marijuana not only helps physical conditions to improve, but it also makes it possible to function with increased capability.
