Star8 Corporation, (Pink Sheets:STRH) a provider of low cost mobile smart phones and related accessories to emerging markets, is pleased to announce that, further to the press release dated April 9, 2012, the company has expanded its executive management team.

Mr. Ben Leung has joined the Board of Directors of Star8 and Mr. Stephen Kwan has joined Star8 as the Secretary.

Mr. Leung and Mr. Kwan bring a wealth of combined experience in the mobile phone industry, each having spent over 20 years in the mobile phone distribution business.

As previously announced, Both Mr. Leung and Mr. Kwan have partnered with Star8 to assist in bringing new opportunities and revenue streams to the company and by joining the executive team, will provide oversight and guidance while growing the business.
