AirBoss of America Corp. (TSX: BOS) (OTCQX:ABSSF) (the “Company” or “AirBoss”) today announced details regarding its upcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”), to be held on Wednesday, May 10th, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. (EDT). The Company intends to issue its first quarter 2023 earnings results prior to the Meeting on May 9th, 2023.

The Meeting will be accessible via live webcast or by dialing in to the numbers provided below. This approach will ensure the safety of the Company’s shareholders, directors, management and service partners, while supporting shareholder participation in the meeting.
