At the close of business on 14 June 2023, Morten Opstad,Member
of the Board of IDEX Biometrics, held the following voting rights
in IDEX, for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting on 16 June
2023:
Total 283,917,871 shares or 22,08% of the share capital and
votes, consisting of the following:
- Proxy to represent and vote for 277,499,924 shares or 21,58% of
the share capital, including shares held by Mr Opstad and close
relations
- Proxy with voting instructions for 6,417,947 shares or 0,50% of
the share capital
