American Stock Exchange Lists Initial Public Offering of RMR
Hospitality & Real Estate Fund NEW YORK, April 28 /PRNewswire/
-- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading
common shares of the RMR Hospitality & Real Estate Fund under
the ticker symbol RHR. RMR Hospitality and Real Estate Fund is a
recently organized, non- diversified, closed end management
investment company. Its primary investment objective is to earn and
pay to its shareholders a high level of current income by investing
in hospitality and real estate companies. Its secondary objective
is capital appreciation. "We are pleased to welcome RMR Hospitality

initial share price of $20 for the Fund, the approximate initial
value of the shares priced today is $49.6 million, excluding the
