Western Gas Resources, Inc. Declares Common Dividends DENVER, March 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Western Gas Resources, Inc. ("Western") (NYSE:WGR) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock, payable to stockholders of record on March 31, 2005. The dividends will be paid on May 13, 2005. Company Description.
