Standard & Poor's Announces Changes to U.S. Index

NEW YORK, April 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Standard & Poor's will make
the following changes to the S&P SmallCap 600 index: --
Symmetry Medical Inc. (NYSE:SMA) will replace Green Mountain Power
Corp. (NYSE:GMP) after the close of trading on Wednesday, April 11.
Green Mountain is being acquired by Northern New England Energy
Corp. in a deal expected to close on or about that date. --
Informatica Corp. (NASD: INFA) will replace MacDermid Inc.
(NYSE:MRD) after the close of trading on Thursday, April 12.
MacDermid is being acquired by its chief executive officer and
investment funds managed by Court Square Capital Partners and
Weston Presidio in a deal expected to close on or about that date,
pending final approvals. -- S&P REIT Composite constituent Kite
Realty Group Trust (NYSE:KRG) will replace Hyperion Solutions Corp.
(NASD: HYSL) after the close of trading on Friday, April 13.
Hyperion is being acquired by S&P 100 and 500 constituent
Oracle Corp. (NASD: ORCL) in a deal expected to close on or about
that date, pending final approvals. Standard & Poor's will

in the design, development, and production of implants and related
instruments for orthopedic device manufacturers. Headquartered in
