SCHAUMBURG, Ill., June 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Alternate
Marketing Networks, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ALTM) held its annual
meeting on June 10, 2008 at its Schaumburg, Illinois office. As
earlier reported, the Company had a net profit of $882,233 on sales
of $27,204,534 for fiscal year ended December 31, 2007. The
unaudited statements were prepared and presented by management.
Alternate Marketing Networks became a non-reporting company
pursuant to a Form 15 filed with the Securities and Exchange
Commission effective January 2, 2004. In addition, the Company
noted that June 10, 2008 was the record date for an earlier
announced cash dividend of seven cents per share of the company's
common stock payable on June 24, 2008 to the shareholders of
