Prior to that, he was with Mercer as Worldwide Partner and the Representative Director for Mercer Korea. Kim has a PhD and Master's degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is an Academic Professor with Le Cordon-Bleu Hospitality MBA, and an Advising Professor for the Federation of Korean Industries. He is also a Director at the Korea Academy of Leadership.
