The sweepstakes is part of the DEW and Activision Publishing,
Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Activision Blizzard,
Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI), "Rank Up Your Game with Double XP"
promotion where fans will get the opportunity to earn double
experience points (Double XP) in Modern Warfare® 3 with
every purchase of specially marked Mountain Dew products. In
addition, fans looking to bank even more double XP time can look
for "Mega XP" on specially marked 20-packs of Mountain Dew found
exclusively at Walmart.

number, email and date of birth, between 1:00 p.m. EST November 7,
2011, and 12:59 p.m. EST on
November 14, 2011, will be
automatically entered to win. By participating in this offer, fans
