Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The company received a notification today from UBS Global Asset Management (UK)
Ltd, on behalf of UBS Global Asset Management Life Ltd informing it that it has
an interest 2,836,223 ordinary shares of 10p each representing 4.0% of the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

UBS Global Asset Management Life Ltd is a subsidiary of UBS Global Asset
Management Holding (No.2) Ltd which is also treated as having an interest in the
above mentioned shares.

The shares are registered in the name of Phildrew Nominees Limited. A/C LF20.
