The Company announces that Mr Ian Ranken Collins has been appointed as a
non-executive director of the Company with effect from 7th February, 2003.



During the last five years Mr Collins, aged 60, has been a director of the
following companies:



Cybersource International Limited
Brixx Limited



Mr Collins was a director of Stampede Sales Campaigns Limited ("Stampede") until
March 1997.  In May 1997, Stampede went into administrative receivership at
which time the deficiency as regards creditors was approximately #150,000.



Mr Collins was also a director of Brixx Limited ("Brixx") until September 2001
when Brixx went into administrative receivership at which time the deficiency as
regards creditors was approximately #100,000.



Mr Collins has confirmed that there is no further information required to be
disclosed under paragraph 16.4 of the Listing Rules.
