18 February 2003 that, following the disposal of an aggregate of 145,000 shares
on 18 February 2003, Legg Mason Investments (Europe) Limited, is interested in
2,426,212 shares representing approximately 4.81 per cent. of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
