C.H.E. Group PLC ("CHE") is pleased to announce that it has exchanged contracts
for the sale of 15,000 shares (60% of its 50% share holding) in Kasterlee
Limited, 7,500 to Latenfield Limited and 7,500 to a private buyer . The
consideration for the 15,000 shares is #1.05 million.


#525,000 of the consideration less withholding tax of 15% was received by CHE on
the 10 April 2003, the balance less withholding tax of 15% being payable no
later than 30 May 2003.
